Sarah St. Amand has been in the interior design business for over 20 years. She is a passionate entrepreneur and an expert in livable luxury. Her award-winning design style has been featured globally, including the Wall Street Journal, HGTV, Living Luxe Magazine, Beautiful Home and Life Magazine and Cityline.
When we first met Sarah, her brand identity and website didn't reflect this. As her business continues to flourish, Sarah was searching for an elevated brand experience that would allow her to focus on her dream clients. In this transformation, she wanted to streamline her process and be able to have the option to switch to e-commerce when ready.
The first step was to re-design her brand identity. Sarah's brand experience and process is all about liveable luxury. A statement that wasn't truly expressed in her old identity. After an extensive brand interview, we put together 3 potential brand styles and logo designs. Through feedback, creativity and research we constructed her final brand identity consisting of a new font & colour palette, as well as a primary & alternative logo.
With the new brand identity approved and ready to go we created a design bundle curated especially for Sarah which included: electronic email signatures, an e-business card, lawn signs, letterhead, envelopes, presentation folders and more. We collaborated with her print and in-house teams to also create branded mugs, masks, storefront signs and a stunning new newsletter! From there we took on her new website. Sarah's initial website lacked in functionality and had little to no call to action. She also felt the copy on her site was too simple and didn't attract her dream clients. So our team worked together to re-build the copy on her site prior to designing.
As Sarah was really unhappy with her original website and our process taking about 6-8 weeks we opted to design a landing page while we worked behind the scenes. It was important that her landing page helped boost her business while we worked in the back end.
With a live feed from Instagram and a subscriber sign-up. Sarah was able to build her mailing list and show off the work her team was doing even as the site received a makeover.
For her official website, we wanted to keep a few key functions in mind. Sarah needed a site that oozed luxury, attracted her dream clients, had the potential for an online art shop and showcased her process and services in an informative manner.
We built the site using her new brand identity and curated the design with call-to-actions that helped explain her process with ease. We also adjusted her contact form, which helps streamline her process and connects her with clients knowing well in advance what they are looking for ahead of time.
Her new site truly speaks to who Sarah and her team are and what they can accomplish. Check it out for yourself by clicking here.
In Sarah's Words:
It was imperative that I find an agency to create a brand image that would stand out from others in my industry. As a luxury Interior Design firm I had a lot of requirements and parameters in order to meet my company needs and persona.
Puja was very professional and understanding of the direction I was taking to elevate my brand. Her team created several options for me to choose from and they nailed it! They understood the luxury brand and executed on a complete rebranding concept that I couldn't be happier with.
All of my marketing materials and my website Puja and her team created aligned with my vision and my new brand image. I would highly recommend Roop Creative Agency!
